Try to be perfectly slim
Most of us want to be perfectionists in anything we try to do sometimes it is something really difficult to be because being the perfectionist means that the effect we want to achieve is immediate and it entirely satisfies us. We have our special methods that are always useful in achieving such effect. Only with hundred percent success we can be really sure that we did our best and it was worth doing and then we appreciate our efforts, we feel much better then. For example when we think of losing weight, we want to know how to lose weight quick and be sure that when we get slimmer once we will never come back to our previous figure if such situation occurred it would mean that the method we chose wasn^t perfect and simply didn^t worked. In such situation we have to come up with something different and at the same something that will give much better effects. When we find another method of how to lose weight quick we try it and then it appears to be that better choice we could made, we are satisfied with that but at the same time we feel that something went wrong with our perfectionist intuition and that seems to be a little embarrassing for us, but we shouldn^t feel that because finally we achieved the effect we desired.
